Setting your Caller ID

Let your customers know that it's you

By default, your caller ID will match your assigned number which you chose during registration.

We totally understand you sometimes need your customer to see a consistent number across all touchpoints. Every contact with your customer can come from a single number of your choosing. It's really simple to set this up:

  1. Visit the Softphone settings under your profile

  2. Under Dialing, toggle Use Custom Caller ID

  3. You'll be prompted to enter a phone number to use as your caller ID

  4. Click Save

Note: if the number has not already been verified, our automated system will call it for verification. Using your phone dial-pad, enter the digits you see on screen:

Once the system prompts you through verification, your chosen number will start to show up as caller ID for your calls.
