Participants Compliance email

Here at Jiminny, we're helping you to record your meetings easily and effortlessly. To help with this, we want to provide you with different compliance options so that you can implement what is right for your business.

In addition to the compliance options you have set up in your conferencing tool, you can go the extra step and send an email to your meeting participants ahead of time. This communicates ahead of the time that the conversation is being recorded and gives them two options - one to join the call and one to join the call but not be recorded.

The paragraph of text at the bottom of this email is completely customizable so that you can bring in your companies tone of voice and language.



If one of the participants isn't comfortable being recorded, they can simply select "or Join but don't record". You will still be able to take time-stamped notes and log the activity, however, it will not be available on your Jiminny platform. If this happens, we will email you to let you know that the meeting won't be recorded. The message will look like this:

This will need to be switched on at an organizational level, so reach out to your Jiminny admin and ask them to activate it. Once it's switched on once, you never need to worry again 🚀
