This communicates ahead of the time that the conversation is being recorded and gives them two options - one to join the call and one to join the call but not be recorded.

If one of the participants isn't comfortable being recorded, they can simply select "or Join but don't record". You will still be able to take time-stamped notes and log the activity, however, it will not be available on your Jiminny platform. If this happens, we will email you to let you know that the meeting won't be recorded. The message will look like this:

This will need to be switched on at an organizational level, so reach out to your Jiminny admin and ask them to activate it. Once it's switched on once, you never need to worry again 🚀
