In Jiminny Playback, we track metrics you can review for every recorded call and meeting.
Access these insights by selecting Statistics from the Playback toolbar.
What do the numbers mean?
Metric | What does it mean? | Green | Red |
Talk to Listen Ratio | The % of time the rep spoke during the call | 45% or less | More than 45% |
Listening Skills | How long did the rep wait after the customer completed speaking before speaking | 650ms or more | Less than 650ms |
Longest Monologue | The longest period the rep spoke without interruption | 180 seconds or less | More than 180 seconds |
Longest Customer Story | The longest period the customer spoke without interruption | 60 seconds or moe | Less than 60 seconds |
Words per Minute | Average words per minute spoken by the rep | 177wpm or less | More than 177wpm |
How do you use these Stats?
There are tons of ways to use these stats as a rep or as a manager.
Check your engagement stats for demos or meetings each day. This will help you to notices trends like talking too fast, too much, or interrupting.
Managers can also use this insight: look to areas where the rep is struggling to be succinct or not asking enough open ended questions.
