You have the capability to add your own custom fields in the OnDemand. This will provide you with the opportunity to add more context to your searches, so you can find the most important calls to coach.
These fields will also be exposed in your Team Insights reporting Suite. You will be able to sort analytics and statistics based on the Outcome and Disposition or any other custom field in your CRM. 🚀
